The work stages a loop recorded with a consumer camera for birdwatching, connected to a sensor detecting radiant heat and a microphone. The camera starts recording when a bird comes to feed. It records in half-minute intervals. In the compiled sequence on view, there are no birds.

Each segment is a record of signal value sorted as body heat, in absence of birds. The sensor is commonly used in security alarms and automatic lighting, monitoring presence. The camera is installed at a former industrial site, next to an active cement plant and a gas power plant. Not visible, the plants are heard continuously.
